Gourmet Korean barbecue meets locally baked tortillas and Portuguese sweet bread slider buns custom-made for us by the RI favorite, Silver Star Bakery!
Under the direction of Chef Sook, Mama Kim's developed this menu to deliver authentic gourmet Korean BBQ food that can be had on the go. Each slider or wrap is a perfect snack, but two or three would definitely amount to a nice, sumptuous full meal!
Our secret is the Korean pear individually peeled and ground into the marinade to make our meats tender and juicy. Try our hand-made Korean sweet potato fries, lightly glazed with house syrup and roasted sesame seeds, as a quintessential side dish to your sliders and wraps ($2).
Our popular meats and portabella served as full meals with steamed Korean rice and our house "banchan," or Korean for side dish.
